Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, downloadable software, or online services once accessed or delivered.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Health, hygiene, or perishable products once opened.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 4 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (per item returned).
If a discount code or promotion was used, the refund will reflect only the amount actually paid (minus applicable fees).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. In such cases, the 10% restocking fee will not apply.
